MICHELIN Guide x 2 = Rotermann

If you’re looking for a truly great taste experience in the heart of Tallinn, check out the MICHELIN Guide, which now also includes Estonia, and then head straight for the Rotermann Quarter.

In the eyes of Michelin’s inspectors, Rotermann’s excellent restaurants R14 and Pull deserved a mention in the 2022 MICHELIN Guide Estonia, one for its unique wine and food combinations, and the other for delicious dishes prepared over a real open fire.

Pull

Pull is a real carnivore’s paradise. The restaurant offers the best quality steaks, low-temperature cooked meats and delicious grilled cuts with healthy salads. All this is complemented by a cosy atmosphere, good music and a stylish modern interior in a historic building. Since its early days, the restaurant has used only the highest quality ingredients from the world’s best farms. Great emphasis is placed on real fire – in Pull, most dishes are grilled on charcoal.

R14

Wine restaurant R14 is for lovers of authentic food and high-quality wine, a place where flavour and wine combinations are in harmony thanks to the collaboration between the chef and the sommelier. Of course, it helps that the restaurant is partnered with Rein Kasela Veinituba, whose carefully selected wines compliment each of R14’s dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The vision and mission of this cosy restaurant is to constantly surprise guests with new flavours, while remaining faithful to clean contemporary tastes.
