“Gobi” is traditionally a round wooden platter used for sharing meals. Sharing a meal from the Gobi signifies the utmost hospitality and trust.

In order to create authentic flavors at GOBI restaurant, young and promising Georgian chefs are running the kitchen. They are familiar with traditional cuisine while passionately embracing the idea of modernising classics.

The cuisine at GOBI is fusion-style, interpreted as fine dining with an authorial touch. The menu features traditional dishes from various regions of Georgia, reimagined by the head chef in a contemporary style. These dishes are prepared using old recipes, authentic ingredients, and specially imported spices from Georgia. Bread, pies, and the most important and traditional dish of Georgian cuisine, khachapuri, are made fresh at GOBI daily.
