The goal of Pull is to offer the highest quality steaks, slow-cooked meats, delicious grilled dishes, accompanied by healthy salads, freshly squeezed juices, and smoothies. Of course, Pull also emphasizes the finest wines and other beverages. The restaurant uses only top-quality ingredients from the world’s best farms in the preparation of its dishes. There is a strong emphasis on open fire cooking – most dishes are grilled directly over the coals, and some are cooked within the embers. One of the restaurant’s signature dishes is Enn Tobreluts’ famous dirty steak, cooked in the embers.
